Delivery Information
For orders over £10 delivery in
the UK is Free. For orders under £10
delivery is £1.99. For international orders
our delivery rates are specified at the checkout
stage of placing your order.
All orders are dispatched first class at the
first possible time of receiving your order.
We aim to have your order with you within 2
days for the UK and within 5 day for international
orders, but please allow up to 5 days for UK
deliveries and 14 days for international orders.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. on all
product bought on the site. All we ask, is all
product you wish to return are unopened,
unused and as we sent them to you.
Once we have received and inspect the returned
products we will refund you payment with in
7 day where possible but please allow up to
30 day in all cases. All refunds will be minus
a postage charge of sending the products to
you when you placed your order.
Problems with your order
For any reason may you have a problem with your
order e.g. you have received the wrong products,
or your products are damage on delivery, Please
contact us immediately by email
or phone on 0161 226 8528, so we can rectify
any problems or queries you may have.
Returns Procedure.
Should you have any reason to return products,
we ask you follow the procedure below to return
goods.
1) Email us immediately with request to return
products, stating your order reference and short
explanation of why you wish to return products.
2) Wait for email confirmation from our customer
service team of your returns request.
