DEFINITIONS
Seller - means Health Store UK and the company's
web site(s) www.healthstoreuk.com
Customer - means the person or company to whom
this document is addressed.
International Customer - shall mean, Customer
from outside the United Kingdom.
1. GENERAL
These terms and conditions are applicable to
the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter
referred as VitaminSupplementsUK.com to the
buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.
1.1 DISCLAIMER
The material contained within this website
is for general information purposes only and
is not a substitute for professional medical
advice from your doctor or healthcare advisor.
As with any form of nutritional supplementation,
everyone is different and one person's reaction
to a product may be significantly different
to another's. If you have, or suspect you may
have, a health problem you should consult your
doctor. Please consult your doctor before taking
any new product, particularly if you are already
under medical care.
2. PRICE
2.1 All prices are sold and quoted in British
Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (IF APPLICABLE)
(as may be prescribed by law from time to time),
unless otherwise specified. Price are also shown
in Euros for European customers for reference
only, please check your own bank for conversion
rates.
2.2 We try to make sure that the prices on
our website are accurate but we will need to
validate the price before we process your order.
We also aim only to display items which are
in stock and which can be dispatched to you
quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular
item which you have ordered or if the correct
price for an item is different from the price
on your order, we will notify you as soon as
we can after receiving your order. If this happens,
you may cancel your order and we will refund
you any money which you have paid. 2.3. Prices
are subject to change at any time, without notice.
2.3 You may need to pay an extra charge for
delivery unless otherwise stated or where your
delivery address is outside the UK.
3. PAYMENT
3.1 Payments must be made in British Sterling
only, unless otherwise specified, and by one
of the following payment methods (except International
Customers see clause 11)
Major credit cards as listed: Visa, MasterCard,
Delta, Switch, Visa Electron and JCB
4. PASSING OF PROPERTY
VitaminSupplementsUK.com shall retain the property
of the goods until full payment has been made
by the customer and has been received
5. PASSING OF RISK
The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer
on delivery, as defined in clause 6.3 below.
6. DELIVERY
6.1 Delivery dates:
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered
as indicative only, although it is our policy
to try to despatch all orders within 3 working
days. Any products not available at the time
of your order will be sent to you, as soon as
possible, when received from the manufacturer.
VitaminSupplementsUK.com cannot be held responsible
for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer,
or any other third party.
6.2 SHIPPING
All orders are delivered using Royal Mail unless
otherwise specified. All products are shipped
using standard post (free of charge to UK residents).
Express delivery is an option and will be charged
extra. International postage will be charged
for also. VitaminSupplementsUK.com have the right to
fluctuate these prices in proportion with their
costs for shipping. All shipping rates are shown
at the checkout stage of placing an order. You
can cancel your order a this time if you wish.
The customer must request any other delivery
method at the time of order and goods will be
shipped under the customer’s responsibility
as defined in clause
6.3 PASSING OF RISK
In the event of an order being lost by a third
party, VitaminSupplementsUK.com bears no risk once it
has left their trading premises. Where goods
have been received damaged, a refund/exchange
application will only be acknowledged if the
goods are returned together with their original
packaging within 14 days of order to VitaminSupplementsUK.com
trading address (see clause 13).
Where the goods are signed for, the customer
bears the risk once the goods are signed for.
If a customer believes that a parcel has been
tampered with, it is their responsibility to
refuse to sign for the goods.
In the event of either of the above, VitaminSupplementsUK.com
will forward a claim to Royal Mail on the behalf
of the customer. Before this can be processed,
VitaminSupplementsUK.com will issue the customer with
a 'Returns Orders Form' which must be completed
and returned before any claim can be pursued.
This is not a guarantee and VitaminSupplementsUK.com
have the right to refuse any application. Any
refund/exchange given is at the discretion of
the management of VitaminSupplementsUK.com. Failure
to give accurate information while making a
claim may lead to a prosecution from Royal Mail.

7. ACCEPTANCE
The Customer shall inspect the goods within
a reasonable time after their receipt and shall
be deemed to have accepted the goods unless
within 14 days after their receipt the Customer
shall have notified the seller that the goods
are rejected. (This does not however affect
the customer’s statutory rights). If no
such action has been taken, VitaminSupplementsUK.com
shall consider the products being as described,
of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes,
and may not accept any reject at a later date.
8. RETURN PROCEDURE
8.1 If the goods are to be rejected in the
time limit set in clause 7 above, the Customer
shall comply with the return procedure as defined
in clause 8.2, below. VitaminSupplementsUK.com will
not accept any returned goods should the return
not follow the aforementioned return procedure.
8.2 The Customer must send all returns within
14 days of receipt to Returns, Health Store
UK, 49 Premier Street, Old trafford, Manchester
M16 9NH7RS. Any opened or damaged
products will not be eligible for a refund/exchange.
It is advisable that a certificate of posting
is obtained.
8.3 In cases where the rejection of the goods
is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order,
the Customer is entitled to a full refund or
replacement. The faulty or damaged product must
be returned to VitaminSupplementsUK.com before the refund
or replacement can be issued.
8.4 In cases where the rejection is due to
an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction,
the Customer is entitled to a partial refund
(full refund less postage, where standard post
& packaging will be charged at £2)
only. Goods must be returned to VitaminSupplementsUK.com
before the partial refund can be issued.
9. CANCELLATIONS
9.1 Cancellations are only accepted if the
Customer complies with the following cancellation
procedure and before the order has been despatched.
If the order has been despatched prior to the
cancellation, the return procedure as defined
in clause 8 (8.2 and 8.4) above will apply.
If the procedure is not respected, the order
will be considered valid and the Customer will
remain liable for the full payment.
9.2 Cancellations can be made with VitaminSupplementsUK.com’s
sales line on 0870 746 1815. If the goods have
already been despatched, VitaminSupplementsUK.com, cannot
refund any monies spent on postage & packaging.

10. PRIVACY POLICY
Any information passed through to VitaminSupplementsUK.com
is kept totally confidential and for the use
of telling you about or product and services.
WE DONOT SHARE OR PASS ANY OF YOUR DETAILS TO
ANY 3RD OARTIES. The only information stored
is a customer's transaction history, name, address
& e-mail address. These may be used for
marketing purposes by VitaminSupplementsUK.com. Customers
will not be sent 'spam' e-mail. Should any customer
not want their details used for marketing purposes,
please tick the relevant box at the checkout
or request to be removed at info@VitaminSupplementsUK.com.
Please note, credit card details are not collected
or retained on our servers. All card transactions
are completed by a approved third party payments
service provider, and an authorization code
passed to us.
10. LICENCE AGREEMENT
The Customer shall respect all license agreements
delivered by the copyright owners. VitaminSupplementsUK.com
cannot be held responsible or liable for any
misuses conducted by the Customer or any third
party. All trademarks shown on www.healthstoreuk.com
belong to their registered owners and must not
be copied without prior permission.
11. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER
Customers from outside the UK can only pay
by International credit card or bank transfer
and must pay in Pound Sterling or US Dollars
unless otherwise specified. All other terms
and conditions apply.
12. LAW
These terms and conditions are governed and
shall be interpreted in accordance with English
Law. Any person attempting to make fraudulent
credit card transactions will be prosecuted
with no exception.
13. COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARKS
All Web site design, text, graphics and all
underlying source code, software and all other
material on this Web site are copyright of VitaminSupplementsUK.com.
All Rights Reserved.
Permission is granted to electronically copy
and print portions of our website for the sole
purpose of placing an order with us. Any other
use of materials on this Web site--including
reproduction for purposes other than those noted
above, modification, distribution, or republication--without
